I also noticed that they weren't as sensitive as they were before. By the second week, no sensitivity at all but I noticed my breath tasted fresher longer too. By week 3, I noticed my teeth were brighter than they were before. I only bought this for my gum health but the effects of this toothpaste have been beneficial for my whole mouth. Highly impressed with this toothpaste and will continue to purchase it!

Just pop one in your mouth, chew, and brush as usual. Super simple. My teeth feel just as clean if not cleaner than after using traditional toothpaste. There's a slight fizzy texture at first when chewing, but it dissolves quickly into a nice foam. The minty taste is refreshing but not overpowering. It leaves my mouth feeling fresh without any chemical aftertaste.
